Hotel Evernia - West Palm Beach

I was shocked to find a shared bathroom situation, which they woudl ve been more forthright about! The shower had no water, and I had to towel-bathe in my sink. On top of that, a complimentary gesture would ve been nice considering I had to deal with all these inconveniences. Really couldn't have imagined worse service at a hotel!

The staff in general is nice. The rooms are brand-new and clean and they have central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave oven...

What a pleasant surprise! The Queen Studio was cozy and charming, just a short stroll from vibrant downtown. April at the front desk was a gem. While shared bathrooms were a concern, they were clean and well-managed. I'd definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was nice with very very helpful staff. Studio suite was the best. Location: the hotel was near an upscale shopping/entertainment district, and 2 train stations. Also, an outdoor mall was in the area of the venue.
